Martin est un quarantenaire handicapé mental fasciné et obsédé par le film "The Human Centipede". Il cherche à créer à sa manière le fruit de la création entrepris par le Docteur Heitzer dans le film original. Son objectif est de faire un mille-pattes avec douze personnes, toutes reliées de la tête à l'anus pour ainsi créer le plus long tube digestif au monde.
