TC 2000 

Quelque part, dans un futur indéterminé, une catastrophe naturelle a tué une grande partie des humains. Les riches se sont terrés dans des abris, les pauvres ont formé des gangs à la surface de la terre pour parvenir à survivre parmi le chaos. Jason Storm, un gardien des territoires souterrains, a vent d'un complot visant à exterminer tous les peuples vivant à l'air libre. Il doit parvenir à l'air libre et combattre Sumai, un maître des arts martiaux, afin de déjouer le complot.
