Après qu'un gaz mortel a été relâché dans l'atmosphère, seuls les humains de moins de 25 ans ont été épargnés. Dans cette nouvelle ère post-apocalyptique désormais aux mains de la jeunesse, un groupe de hippies se bat pour vivre en paix. Mais avec une bande de footballers fascistes, de jeunes policiers aussi arrogants que déterminés et des golfeurs capitalistes à leurs trousses, l'avenir du monde risque d'être passablement agité...
