Un braconnier est retrouvé recouvert de traces de ventouses géantes sur le corps. Suite à cet étrange évènement, Liz, la femme du barman, disparait ainsi que d'autres habitants du bayou. Selon une rumeur, c'est une bande de sangsues géantes qui seraient l'auteur de ces évènements.
